Our Process

Discover
We will meet with you to discuss what your website needs are. Even if you already have a website, we will find out what you are looking to do, whether you need updates or redesign.

Define
During this step, we ask you to fill out our questionnaire. The questionnaire will ask you in-depth questions about your project.
After we have received your questionnaire, we will review it and start coming up with a few ideas. We will also schedule a discovery call to discuss in detail the questionnaire.
03.
Design
Once we have a strategy in place and the right direction, it’s time to begin gathering content. We know this can be a challenging part of the process for busy business owners, so we’ve created resources to help you pull your content together quickly and easily.
Remember, we’re here to support you—whether that means editing content, creating content for you, or simply sharing a second opinion.
04.
Develop
Step three is where everything comes together. We will take steps one and two a put them together to design a beautifully creative website.
By the end of this step, you will have a fully functioning website on a demo site. The demo site allows you to review and provide us with feedback. You will click on links to know how it works and what to expect when your site goes live.
05.
Deploy
With the feedback you provide us in step three, and we will make the adjustments until it is what you hoped it would be and more!
We will also work out any kinks and prepare your website for launch day. We will test your website on many different browsers and devices, so it looks great anywhere.
06.
Deliver
Launch day! We handle the entire process of launching your website, so you don’t have to be stressed. All you need to worry about is getting the word out.

We can! Training sessions can be scheduled. We include one 2-hour training session or 2 1-hour sessions. Additional training can be scheduled at a low hourly rate.

You do! You own 100% of your website. The domain name and hosting will be yours. We are here to help.
Each project is different depending on size and complexity. We customize each project quote based on our questionnaire and discovery calls.
We don’t charge any monthly fees. Your domain name and hosting fees are paid yearly.
